Chiropractic massage has 3 steps.

In first step we define what exactly happened, we checking, by using manual test, muscles, ligaments, joints and finding problem areas.

In second stage we using different types of soft therapy such a massage, soft tissue release, deep tissue massage to relax all surrounding muscles and joints.

Third stage- we are doing gentle manipulations and mobilization with the joint and spine. This method not painful at all.
